1. All Maids and workers to park their cycles and vehicles at the parking place designated for them only. सभी कार्यकर्ताओं को केवल उनके लिए नामित पार्किंग की जगह में ही अपनी साईकिलों और वाहनों को पार्क करें।

2. All those entering SBRA gate for drinking water purpose should park their vehicles at the gate only. पीने पानी के प्रयोजन के लिए सभी को SBRA प्रवेश गेट पर ही अपने वाहनों को पार्क करना चाहिए।

3. No outsider (except visitor) is allowed to go to other places inside SBRA under any condition. कोई बाहरी व्यक्ति (आगंतुक को छोड़कर) किसी भी हालत में SBRA के अन्य स्थानों पर जाने की अनुमति नहीं है।

4. Plucking of fruits and flowers by outsiders, maids, workers, security guards, children's and residents are strictly not allowed. बाहरी लोगों, कार्यकर्ता, सुरक्षा गार्ड, बच्चों और निवासियों को फलों और फूलों को तोडने की अनुमति नहीं है।

5. Entry passes of each maid and workers should be submitted at the gate by the guard. प्रत्येक कार्यकर्ताओं का पास गेट पर गार्ड को प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।

6. Entry and exit of each workers/maids should be registered on the gate in the log register. प्रत्येक कार्यकर्ताओं के प्रवेश और निकास लॉग रजिस्टर में गेट पर पंजीकृत होना चाहिए।

7. All visitors should log their entry and exit in the visitors register. सभी आगंतुकों का प्रवेश और निकास रजिस्टर में दर्ज किया जाना चाहिए।

8. All vehicles of guests should be registered at the gate. मेहमानों के सभी वाहनों को गेट पर पंजीकृत होना चाहिए।

9. All Auto's and taxis should be registered at the entry gate. सभी ऑटो और टैक्सियों को प्रवेश गेट पर पंजीकृत होना चाहिए।

10. No vehicle should be parked till water cooler. कोई भी वाहन पानी कूलर तक खड़ी नहीं होना चाहिए।

11. No vehicle (Two wheeler or Four wheeler) without Security pass sticker should be allowed to park inside SBRA (other than the visitors) दुपहिया वाहन अथवा चार पहिये वाहन बिना किसी सुरक्षा पास SBRA के भीतर पार्क करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जानी चाहिए (आगंतुकों के अलावा)

12. Security guards should be vigilant round the clock. सुरक्षा गार्ड को चौबीसों घंटे सतर्क होना चाहिए।
Vehicles should be parked only along one side of the road. वाहनों को सड़क के एक तरफ ही पार्क करना चाहिए।

14. Vehicle speed must be restricted inside SBRA area and blowing horn must be strictly discouraged. वाहनों की गति SBRA क्षेत्र के अंदर प्रतिबंधित होना चाहिए और हार्न बजाना SBRA के अंदर प्रतिबंधित है।

15. SBRA Main gate should be closed after 11 pm. SBRA मेन गेट 11 बजे के बाद बंद होना चाहिए।

16. All lights (pole lights, Cycle stand light, meter room lights, jhula park lights) should be regularly checked and if any fault is found, should report to office immediately. सभी रोशनी (ध्रुव रोशनी, साइकिल स्टैंड प्रकाश, मीटर कमरे में रोशनी, Jhula पार्क रोशनी) नियमित रूप से जाँच की जानी चाहिए और कोई भी दोष पाया जाता है, तो तुरंत कार्यालय को रिपोर्ट करना चाहिए.

17. No animals should be allowed to enter inside the SBRA and if found should debark them immediately. कोई भी जानवर SBRA के अंदर विचरण करते हुए पाया जाये तो तुरंत उन्हें बाहर निकालना चाहिए।

18. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside any area of the SBRA. If found, should report immediately to the office. धूम्रपान करना या पान मासाला खाना SBRA के किसी भी क्षेत्र के अंदर निषिद्ध है यदि ऐसा पाया जाये, तो कार्यालय को तुरंत रिपोर्ट करना चाहिए।

19. Spitting is strictly prohibited inside any area of the SBRA. If found, should report immediately to the office. पान मासाला खा कर थूकना SBRA के किसी भी क्षेत्र के अंदर निषिद्ध है यदि ऐसा पाया जाये, तो कार्यालय को तुरंत रिपोर्ट करना चाहिए।

20. All unlocked cycles and vehicles should be checked and if found should be submitted at the gate. सभी खुली साईकिल और वाहनों की जाँच कर गेट पर प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए।

21. No item whatsoever should be allowed to carry inside SBRA by any of the female workers. किसी भी महिला कार्यकर्ता को कोई भी सामान SBRA के अंदर अथवा बाहर ले जाने की अनुमति नहीं होनी चाहिए। यदि ऐसा पाया जाये, तो कार्यालय को तुरंत रिपोर्ट करना चाहिए।

22. Any person found suspicious should be enquired and if something is should report to the office immediately. found, संदिग्ध व्यक्ति के साथ पूछताछ की जाय और कुछ पाया जाता है, तो तुरंत कार्यालय को रिपोर्ट करना चाहिए।

23. No black listed or criminal background person is allowed to enter inside SBRA under any condition.

काली सूची या आपराधिक पृष्ठभूमि वाले किसी भी व्यक्ति को किसी भी हालत में SBRA के अन्दर प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं जानी चाहिए।

24. Guard should be vigilant for the quarters of residents which had gone vacations. गार्ड को उन मकानों के लिए सतर्क होना चाहिए जिनके निवासी छुट्टी के लिए गये हो। for

25. Guard should treat all the residents in a polite and cooperative way. गार्ड को विनम, ईमानदार और सहयोगी तरीके से सभी निवासियों के साथ व्यवहार करना चाहिए।
